This one on the left in the photo will be Rich Heart's Autumn Hariri. Like Tonari no Mochi Junmai, it is from the Joetsu district.
The taste has a mild aroma, moderate acidity, no gasiness, and a firm umami flavor. There is a sharpness at the end, so there is not much of a lingering taste. It depends on your taste, but I think it is in the category of delicious sake. However, the acidity level increased with time, so it is best to finish it as soon as possible.
