I bought this sake because it is another brand of Nakagawa Shuzo, which makes "Koshinohakugan" and because of its cool blue bottle.
However, it was different from what I was expecting: it was a clear, refreshing sake with a clean aroma. It has a delicious rice flavor, but it specializes in being refreshing, so I think it can be paired with all kinds of food.
