On a business trip to Gojo City
Ichijin Seifu
Shinsyu Kaoru
Jyunryo Seishu
No outstanding features, but it's a good choice for an evening drink.
The amazing cost performance is the best of all time!
It's just plain good without any weird quirks!
I guess Nara's sake is good no matter what you drink so far!
On a business trip to Iga City
It was a good sake, neither sweet nor spicy, and very easy to drink.
I've read that the water in Mie is hard, which may have something to do with the hardness of the water.
I think there are many sake of my taste around Mie-Gifu-Nagano-Wakayama area.
4th station
This is the oldest sake brewery in Japan, dating back to the Heian period.
Unfortunately, I don't remember much about the taste from the first station to here.
It was an izakaya (Japanese style pub), but the waiter recommended Aomori's rice wine, so I guess Ibaraki isn't that big of a sake producer, even if you look at the ranking on Sake no Wa.
As a souvenir of Nara sightseeing
What a profound taste!
It has a rough taste, but it is not disgusting.
Not fruity, but easy to drink!
This is the first time to have this feeling.
I want to drink it again!
At Ryokan Mikasa
Enjoy Nara
It is said to be the birthplace of Japanese sake.
I felt a certain history there.
The deer swarming around the deer crackers really scared me.
Home drinking at Valentine's Day
Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku
Fruity and frankly delicious!
Slightly foamy
I think the number 6 of Shinsei I drank in the past was similar to this.
I was also very impressed by Eiheiji temple which I visited a long time ago, but it seems that the brewery is located near there, so I was also very impressed.
Recently, I have come to understand the tendency of the rice used little by little.
Yamada Nishiki is dynamic
Gohyakumangoku is fruity
Nabeshima's Gohyakumangoku is the best for me
Omachi is light?
Good luck
Spicy and pungent.
I don't think it's very good workmanship.
It's only a good luck charm, so I hope this year will be a good one
I feel purified.
