When I went back to my parents' house on New Year's, I found this kind of sake, apparently from a brand called SAKE HUNDRED, which is easy to drink and spreads its deliciousness on the palate.
It's been a long time since I drank Manju, which I thought was good even when I was a university student who still didn't know how good Japanese sake was. It has a nice balance of umami, sweetness and sourness, and the aftertaste is elegant.
