Went night fishing last night for the first time in ages!
I caught my first kijiji grouper.
I thought I'd have to pair it with some good sake.
I chose this one😊.
The fish had been handled so much that it smelled fishy in my hands, but I could taste the sake.
The taste of the rice, the sweetness, and the crispness of the sake just kept me going! It's a sake worthy of the name Masamune!
Yamagata Masamune is becoming my favorite brand😁.

I bought it because I wanted to drink a summer drink
It has a nice fruity sweetness, bitterness and alcohol. The fireworks pattern on the jacket adds to the mood. I had a good impression of Yamagata Masamune in the past, but I think this summer sake has a different taste.
My sister and mother also said it was delicious, so I recommend it to women as well😄.

I had the blue Kahachiro that was released this year!
It's got sourness, sweetness, just the right amount of umami and a nice bitterness at the end! It's delicious😊.
