Tobiraizumi, one of the brands I drank when I went to Akita a long time ago.
A little fruity at first, with a strong rice taste.
Next, it tastes like sour, and the aftertaste is not bad.

In our family, we have a rule that we drink from this cup every year on Setsubun day. It seems to be a rule from my great-grandfather's generation.
Today's sake is Sougen from Ishikawa prefecture. It is a mini bottle of Junmai.
The aroma is fruity, and the flavor and sweetness spread well in the mouth. Delicious! I want to be happy with a bottle😌.
