The mouthfeel is a little fruity and light. It has the umami flavor of junmai sake, sweetness, clarity, softness, and a bit light and dry ❓It seems to disappear in the mouth.
Maybe I felt it was too spicy after enjoying Kaze no Mori (-...;)
I think I can keep drinking Yamanoi 70 without getting tired of it!
