I was so impressed with the new Masa!
The aroma is floral, almost apple-like, with a gentle mouthfeel.
It is cool and sweet, but not unpleasantly sweet, with a soft acidity that lingers for a long time.
It is difficult to describe the deep flavor of this sake, which seems to be infinitely drinkable (-...;)
