Superfine 🫧Sweetness is subtle and translucent, while complexity and acidity gently and gently linger on the palate. Special limited-quantity sake 100% sake rice called "Comet" produced in Hokkaido is used. This is the first sake rice I have ever tasted 😄. Light banana🍌🧐 with a gorgeous aroma⁉️ The sweetness is moderate, but the rice 🌾 has a nice umami, light acidity and complexity that gives it a long and nice ✨lasting taste. My husband loves Eiko Fuji 😋🫶 tonight too, he is already sleeping 🤭.

Mr. Tasake on the main road. My favorite liquor store always has it. I have not been able to pick it up very often, so it is nice to meet you. The aroma is gorgeous sweet pear🍐 and white peach🧐. Sweetness is milder than I expected, mild acidity in a complex flavor such as bitterness, and a sweet aftertaste that slowly recedes 😆✨. I'm convinced that everyone says it's delicious 😋.

Our favorite liquor store recommended this special bottle, which is only distributed to three liquor stores in Japan. I welcomed it for the first time this time because it is always available. The aroma is mild and the taste is robust and dry, The aroma is gentle and dry, but slowly the umami of the rice can be felt and is delicious. It might be better if you let it sit for a while. For my husband's birthday 🎂, I opened a bottle of silver Kame🐢 from my favorite Shinshu Kamerei. I don't need to tell you, Sweet and delicious without feeling alcohol🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶. It has no acidity complexity while being speckled, it's clean but also has a nice lingering aftertaste of mild Miyamanishiki, enchanting 💕😆😆😆😆💕 It will be gone in no time🥂. I will keep the other bottle for my birthday ⁇ I'm wondering when to open the bottle of gold tortoise 🐢.

My favorite 💖Nagano brand. Sake rice is Hitogokochi. First, let's start with the supernatant. The aroma, sweetness and acidity are light, light and refreshing ✨. Orizzle. Sightseeing in Nikko from my daughter's house in Saitama Prefecture. I came across this bottle at a small liquor store I stopped by. The kind mother of the liquor store even let her 26-year-old daughter (150cm tall with a childish face okage ⁉️🤭) have a snack. It is a well-known brand, but this is the first time I have seen this label🐍. The specifications can be found by opening the secret tastingsheet. The aroma is mild and sweet, and the sweetness and umami of the rice can be felt in the aroma after drinking. The acidity is minimal, and the complexity of the taste is conveyed slowly with a nice aftertaste. Well balanced and delicious😋. Open secret tastingsheet and check it out. Project to revive the three major rice varieties of the Meiji era vol.2 Sake rice is Jinriki, Junmai Ginjyo unfiltered unpasteurized sake with a 55% rice polishing ratio This is the first time I have heard of this sake rice used for brewing. It tastes somewhat like Omachi. I found a delicious bottle.

Went to an izakaya 🍶🏮 with my daughter in Saitama where we could enjoy Hanayo. We were able to compare THE PUREMUM's Miyamanishiki and SAKE MUSASHI's Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake 😆😆💕. Sake Musashi Junmai Daiginjo-Unfiltered Nama-shu This is a new to me sake rice. It is a very rare sake rice. We were able to open the bottle 🍾🤭. Wow 😍I see what you mean ✨. The aroma is gorgeous as soon as the bottle is opened. The flavor is pleasant with a gorgeous taste after it is contained 😋. It has a long, gorgeous finish with a bit of complexity 😍💖✨. I'm addicted to the swamp again😂.

I've never seen anything like it before 💐 Hana-Hiyo-Yu ✨. My daughter went to Saitama and made a reservation at an izakaya 🍶🏮 where you can get hana-yosu 👀 as the centerpiece of GW. We were able to compare THE PUREMUM's Miyamanishiki and SAKE MUSASHI's Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake 😆😆💖. THE PUREMUM has a gorgeous yet gentle aroma and a firm sweetness that gives a sense of koji 🥭umaumadoshiri, but the aftertaste disappears quickly and cleanly. Delicious ✨😆😆😆😆😆😋💕 So this is it 😃.

I love the big 💖duper 💕loved Haneya. This label is so beautiful that I had to put it down for a while. We opened the bottle at the end of a little late Hanami 🌸 in Shinshu. The aroma is sweet, gorgeous, and yet gentle, reminiscent of flowers ✨. Very low bubbles 🫧Omachi melts well, sweet and full, with a clean lingering finish that is typical of Haneya 😆💖. I liked it even more. The label is as elegant as the sake itself.

We received a lot of wild vegetables such as cod sprouts, koshiawara, and kogomi, and opened the bottle in time for the wild vegetable tempura🍤 festival. How could it not go well with my favorite Nagano sake 🍶😆. It's a classic, but it's so good, even my husband lost out 🤭. We drank a little too much and had a blast. The cherry blossoms are in full bloom in Kita-Shinano, so I took a short drive 🚘 to a liquor store I had been wanting to visit to see the cherry blossoms. I bought a large bottle of my favorite Jyukyu 🤭. Before I opened the bottle and poured just the top clear, the power of the bubbles 💪🏻 made the cage rise like a 🌋 just before it erupted😵. The aroma was fresh white grape, bubbly and acidic, clean with a mild sweetness lingering✨. It was more refreshing and clean than I expected. I can't wait to try the other brands 😆.

Spring Aishan 💖 festival desu. Aroma is slight white grape Al feeling tangy and very slight gasiness 🫧. With moderate sweetness, moderate acidity and miscellaneous flavors, I felt even more balanced after some time. The sharpness is typical of Yamazan🧐.

Local sake brewery. Sake made with wine yeast, seems to be their first attempt. Nice collaboration with an aroma and taste like a white wine🍸 with the sweetness of a big country 😄. It has a firm sweetness and a nice acidity. I thought I don't like wine yeast, but this is a good one.
