I'm W. Hida Minori. Only Watanabe Sake Brewery can use Hidaminori, a fantastic sake rice. Moreover, it is made in a wooden vat. The unrefined sake is put in a cotton bag dyed with persimmon tannin. The bag is stacked on top of each other and the weight of the bag adds a unique sweetness to the sake. Indeed, it has a pear-like sweetness and a smooth taste. The sweetness is like a pear and the taste is smooth. Hmm. It's delicious! It tasted so beautiful!
