辛子蓮根
It's a raw sake distributed only in Tochigi. Take a sip... it tastes worse than the sake in the chain izakaya! If you're wondering why, manufacturing is March 2019! By the way, I bought it in May of this year... a liquor store recommended it to me and grabbed it (tears).
But even if it's in good condition, I don't think it's my cup of tea...too alcoholic and too sweet. I don't know if that's a good thing, because it's unpasteurized. I can feel drunk with one glass. It reminds me of a drinking party I had when I was a student. And the lid of the mechanical bottle doesn't close for some reason...pien. It doesn't seem to be able to be used for cooking sake either.
I get the impression that many of the places in the countryside where the stores are run by older people (who rarely carry the famous local sake) are minefields. When buying sake on a business trip to the countryside, you should check out a reputable store.
