This year, Aisan is here again! Shockingly delicious.... Slightly sweet, with just a hint of umami on it, and just the right amount of bitterness to kick it up a notch. It's like an adult cream soda! The instruments change in flavor as the day goes on, so I'll take a few and enjoy them for a while.
