My first hiyaoroshi🍂.
The aroma is mild and the second half is quite dry.
It seems to be recommended to drink it at room temperature or slightly chilled.
I'd like to drink it while eating autumn swordfish or something.
I have always wanted to try Hououmida.
According to the store owner, Hououmida aims for a muscat aroma.
For me, the aroma seemed like ripe melon.
It was juicy and insanely delicious 🥰.
No wonder it's so popular😳
I would love to drink it again💕
This is the first time I've seen Nagareki, so I asked the store owner about it and he said this is the best seller (and affordable).
Gorgeous and juicy💕
It seems to go well with appetizers and is easy to slurp.
Good evening, mimimi!
I've had a sip of Ryuki at a tasting before and it was very tasty, so I'd love to try it properly! I'd love to try it properly 🍸.
I also love SakeLab Tokyo and many of my recent posts have been about SakeLab 🤗.
Good evening, yossie😊.
Thanks for your comment ✨
I bought this one too because it was in the SakeLab Tokyo book. lol I wanted to try Kamo Kanehide after seeing yossie's. ☺️
I enjoyed Akitsuho 657 so much that I asked the store for the next recommendation. I bought this one because it was the best balance among those in stock!
This one is sweeter but with a refined sweetness💕.
It's schwishy and champagne-like 🍾.
Delicious😊.
I was curious about this sake after seeing it on the sakelabo channel.
First of all, it smells very nice, fruity💕.
Tropical 🏝️
Slightly gassy in the mouth.
Not too sweet and delicious 😋.
I bought the crop I've always been curious about💕
The scent was gorgeous and pineapple-y 🍍.
(the label says it smells like pear).
It was sweet but also quite spicy.
I read a few other reviews that said it goes well with sashimi. It's pretty sweet, but I wonder if it goes well with it?
This is delicious.
This is the first time I've had a sake made using the traditional sake yeast, but it has a deep and rich flavor.
I'm going to try drinking it warmed up. ☺️
I had always been curious about this one, so I bought it ✨.
The first thing I noticed when I opened the bottle was a soft sweet kyoho grape? Yogurt? Aroma like yogurt 💕.
As you can imagine, it is delicious.
Definitely goes well with Western food 😋.
The nigoroshi and gaseousness of the Junmai Ginjo was stronger than the Junmai Ginjo. The sweetness is definitely stronger here.
Personally, I think I prefer the less sweet Junmai Ginjo 💕.
I wish I had known about this kind of sake a long time ago 😌.
I felt the same unique flavor I felt when I drank Kagatobi.
There were instructions on the back of the bottle on how to warm it up, so I decided to try heating half of it to lukewarm.
The first time I warmed it up to lukewarm, the alcohol was very irritating to my nose and I almost swallowed.
But it was mellower than cold sake. It was easy to drink.
It was perfect with grilled fish and vegetable miso soup.
Aroma of rice
You can really feel the taste of rice in your mouth!
(I've been drinking sweet and fruity sake, and I'm ashamed to admit that I didn't really understand the taste of rice.)
Sake is interesting: ☺️
What is this?
First of all, when you open the bottle, it has a soft and gentle sweet aroma💕.
When you put it in your mouth, it feels smooth and easy to drink without any gassiness.
It has a gentle sweetness without any stimulation.
I can drink this as much as I want😅.
