This is the third Wind Forest. I've been really curious about this one for a while, so I bought it ✨. The gasiness was the same, but unlike the previous two bottles, I felt it was dry with almost no sweetness. I was expecting melon and banana aroma from the internet, but it was more like a sake aroma? I guess. So far I like Akitsuho 657 the best. ☺️
