It's a low-polished sake with 80% rice polishing ratio.
We were warned to be careful about opening the bottle due to the carbon dioxide gas from the bottle fermentation.
It opened surprisingly easily...
There wasn't much in the way of shuffling.
It's sweet but sour and tasty and finished (2 days).
I always mixed the ori with the drink.
I should have drunk the supernatant only pattern 😭
