DATE7 Junmai Daiginjo
This is a sake brewed by seven breweries in Miyagi.
I wasn't able to drink it last year, so I was able to pre-order it.
I thought it had a gorgeous aroma and sweetness to it, but it tasted like a saké.
It was made by two DATE 7 members, Shinzawa Jozo (Hakurakusei) and Kawakei Shoten (Koganezawa). (Tachibaniya) is my favorite, and there are a lot of drinks that go well with food, so I wonder if that's how many Miyagi drinks are like that.
