I purchased it at Motosakaya Sake Shop in Yamagata Prefecture.
According to online information, it is available at only 5 special stores in Japan.
It was a versatile sake that could be served with any snacks 😋.
We took a tour of Toko's sake brewery and made purchases at the store.
There was a tasting machine at the store, and it was great to be able to try out some of the higher-end sake, which normally costs 13,200 yen for a four-pack, and which I would never be able to afford.
Of course, the sake I purchased was mellow and very tasty!
This is a summer sake we received as a souvenir from our trip to Iwaki last month.
Today I enjoyed it with sashimi of Hoya (sea squirt) from Miyagi prefecture. ✨️
I have been drinking it carefully, but I finished it today (>_<)
This summer sake was purchased at Echigoya in Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture!
It tasted sweet yet refreshing, just like summer sake, and I couldn't stop drinking more. ✨️
Purchased "Otokoyama" at Hakodate Station.
A gourmet "Yakitori" lunch box at Hasegawa Store near Hakodate Station.
at the Hasegawa Store near Hakodate Station.
The specialty "Kishimigaki" at Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station.
On the last day of our trip to Hakodate, we enjoyed it on the Shinkansen on our way back to Hakodate✨.
Hakodate Izakaya Kiyaya Daimon Branch
We went to Hakodate for three days and two nights in conjunction with my husband's participation in the Hakodate Marathon 🚅.
There were many other runners who had finished the marathon at the restaurant!
The drinks and food on the trip were exceptional!
