Opened after a year of (forgotten) sleeping in the back of the sake fridge.
Flavor and gassiness did not drop, juicy & fruity!
It was a cosy sake at about 1600 yen for a four-pack!

I was able to open the bottle without erupting.
Low alcohol content and easy to drink.
It was finished in no time!
The entrée was strawberry tofu paste with white sauce. Maria~Ju!
