The sourness is quite strong, but as the temperature rises, the sweetness becomes stronger. This sake may taste best at a temperature close to room temperature!
This is delicious!
It gets addictive as you drink it!
Today, we used cured ham as a side dish, and it goes very well with it!
I think western food like gratin goes better with this sake than Japanese food!
This is so good! It's a taste that turns the stereotype of sake upside down!
