The last day of GW in no time 😭
To close out the holiday, we opened a bottle of our local sake, Shirakiku from Okunoto 😀 It is a recovery sake brewed by Yukawa Sake Brewery 😊WOM gave us the information and we were able to purchase it 🙏.
Nice fruit-like aroma typical of Okunoto's Shirakiku😊Elegant sweetness and umami are as delicious as before 😚👍Gentle acidity spreads slowly and disappears with a clean aftertaste✨.
It's still the same delicious sake that is typical of Okunoto Shirakiku 🥳.

GW is over in a flash 😭I just came back from out of town and was able to relieve myself with some local sake😇I see that there is a joint brewing with Hakuryu in Fukui Prefecture, so keep an eye out for that 😊.
