開栓直後はやや甘口で旨味が強い。美味しいけど沢山は飲めないかと思ったけど、あけてから何日か置いてみると、淡麗で凄く飲みやすくなり、凄く美味しかった。折角の生原酒なので、邪道な飲み方ですが(笑)

Next, here is a bottle from ‼️ that was Miyajima's recommendation for the Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai. ‼️ To be honest, I can't really tell the difference 😅 although the richness of the orikagarami is better. I just keep reaching for the ogara-mi 😆. Maybe it's the bitterness that makes it better for eating 😋. Either way it's delicious, so this comparison is a lot of fun ‼️4

I was drawn to the limited edition label because it seems that from this year they have changed from Daiginjo to Junmai Daiginjo 😁. The aroma is gorgeous 🥰The mouthfeel is smooth 😊The sweetness is moderate but the flavor is beautiful and firm 😘The acidity is sharp to finish 😍This was a very delicious sake.

Junmai Ginjo🍶Summer only sake 😆. Sweet and thick 😳. It's like coarse 😅. When you take your time to sip it, it softens a bit and has a dry melon aftertaste. Softened by Aizu's specialty, squid and carrots. The final dish is a chilled shoyu sauce, which is unique to summer. But it is rather refreshing. The soup is delicious. Ikebukuro with friends on Wednesday. It was not an all-you-can-drink party. Sake was my friend's choice as we sunk into the sake swamp. It was my first Hakuba Nishiki. Nice choice. It tasted like it would be ranked high in the Nigorin picks. It was fresh, fruity, sweet and refreshing. The upper half of the label is European and the lower half is Japanese, which gives it a Showa-era feel.

Special Junmai sake with 60% polished rice ratio I bought the jacket because of the impressive cartoonish, retro Showa-era "Oniotome" illustrations. The illustration was done by Minako Sonobe. It is made with "Homare-Fuji" sake rice developed in Shizuoka Prefecture. It has a calm aroma and an elegant, gentle taste with a well-balanced flavor, and it tastes great on the finish!

A love that has lasted over two years has been fulfilled. I had a bottle in Ito izakaya two summers ago and enjoyed it so much that I was looking for a bottle to buy someday. I finally met the devil maiden in love😄. It is slightly effervescent and has a rather firm, juicy sweetness, but the mouthfeel is light and cuts through easily. The aroma is fresh banana🍌 type? It is fresh and crisp in the mouth 🐜😚 The gentle sweetness and umami taste goes away quickly 😚 It is a delicious sake that is easy to drink 🥰. It is a newly changed brewery and I will be watching it carefully 🥳.

Homecoming Series 8 Grilled shishamo in the garden and served with it is a dish from Yoshikubo Sake Brewery. The color is yellow, and the mouthfeel is rich and umami, the Junmai sake! There is no mention of the rice on the label, but I like it... I looked at the brewery's website, and found that it is my favorite TAMAEI! It was a real gem!
