This one was purchased at Yamada Sake Brewery in Edion, Hiroshima. Sake Sho Yamada seems to have a lot of famous brands on display, but this store also seems to have a local sake corner! The liquor department at EDION Namba is also owned by Yamada Sake Brewery, but it's bigger than the one in front of Osaka Sake Brewery. Maybe because of the upcoming Expo 🤔. I think it's rare to find unfiltered raw ginjo 🤔. Slightly sweet and nutty. It has a strong sweetness and umami. It's a good combination of modern and classic without feeling like it's been alkaloosoaked. If the label is a little more modern, it will sell well. After 10 days, it became bitter and hard to drink.

This is a speial edition for distribution by Miyajima Liquor Shop, Ueda City. This sake uses Sankei-nishiki and brewed in Kimoto Method. So, I could enjoy the full-bodied but fruity taste. Really love it!

A bowl of oden at an oden shop in Shizuoka Station. I had no idea about this brand. The best part of traveling is being able to drink this kind of local sake with local food 😆. A little sweet and full, with a clean dry finish. It is not flashy, but there is no alcohol feeling that lingers in the throat and it is very smooth to drink 😄. It goes great with Shizuoka oden, which is a thick, dark broth with fishmeal, and if we weren't on a family trip, we would be drinking it endlessly 😅.... Also, I had a local B gourmet dish called "Motsuru Curry" for the first time, which was also very tasty👍👍!

Happy New Year! After making Zoni, I finally had my first drink. I started the year with Kaneizumi, which I received from a friend the day before yesterday. The aroma is good, but the taste is sweet and fruity at first, followed by a refreshing acidity that lingers in the mouth, and finally the taste of rice lingers. The sweet and fruity taste fills the mouth at first. According to my friend, he has been drinking Kaneizumi since the old days when it was made by Horimoto Shuzo. and then it was taken over by Aihara Shuzo of Amego no Tsuki with the toji-san. After the brewery went out of business and was succeeded by Aihara Brewery It is said to be his favorite sake even after he took over the brewery with the master brewer. At the tasting, I tasted a ripe LaFrance.... I was attracted by the words "Ripe LaFrance" and tasted it... I was scared 😳. This is really LaFrance 🍐! The way the aftertaste pulls away from the 🍐 is fantastic👍. Originally made by another brewery, but when they quit, Aihara Brewery took over the brewery. I heard it used to reign in the East and West with Jyushiyo (never had it...) 🤔. I don't have any experience so I can't compare, but this one is different for me personally!
