@sakebar Fukuzo Fire-brewed sake using Fukuoka Prefecture's original yeast called F44. Slightly sweet aroma of 🍍 on the nose. The palate is slightly sweet with a hint of 🍍. The aroma is as if it was made with hana-yosuyu in mind. However, the aroma is weak because it is fire-aged. The sweetness is also weak due to the weak aroma. I am a little curious to see how it would be like if it were a fresh sake. It was delicious ✨🍍.

Good evening! From the past history, I'll upload the sakes I drank at #Ginura Sake Bar. This time, it's "Senshin". This sake is made by Asahi Shuzo in Niigata Prefecture. It is 5 years old, but it tastes so beautiful that I felt it was boring for the price. I don't know how I would feel if I drank it now. I would like to drink it again at Gin Kura. (^O^)

Kubota Kenshin Junmai Daiginjo 2021BY✨ I'm opening a bottle to feel a traditional sake for the first time in a while: ☺️ The rice used is 100% Takananishiki, and the polishing ratio is higher than that of Manju, which is a high-end line. The aroma is of the light, dry Niigata sake of yesteryear, but with a hint of matured sweet grain 😊The taste is a perfect complement to Japanese food as a mid-meal sake, with a sharp aftertaste, but with a soft, full-bodied rice sweetness that is delicious in its own right 🤤.

My Best Sake 🍶 since I first drank it a few years ago. Muscat, green apple 🍏. Mellow and the acidity bounces off the tongue. It's smooth, sweet and umami, and doesn't need any side dishes or accompaniments. Refreshing and fresh. This one bottle is just the kind of flavor that makes one's heart dance. It is perfect to drink on a nice, sunny day. It goes well with a party with friends. I'm going with this one! This is the sake that will make you make such a decision. Hodenasu is a dialect word, It's not really suitable as a gift, It's not really suitable for a gift, but it's a recommended sake that tastes so good that it becomes a hodenasu. LOL! It was a lot in November 2024, It's ok👍It's a good one, but I'm not sure if it's suitable as a gift or not. it's ok👍

It's a tag-team sake from Kadoden Brewery, which is also known as a metamorphosis of rice, and Hagino Brewery, which is known as one of the best sweet and sour brewers in Miyagi Prefecture. Today we had a little late lunch after visiting Yame, Setaka, and Yanagawa. While waiting for the eels to be steamed in the "seiro" in Yanagawa, we checked in at Kitaya in Yame, which we had visited in the morning. The third photo is the main building of Kitaya.
