It really tastes like wine! It doesn't have a sake feel to it, but it is delicious.

Aroma like yogurt. Sweet and sour with little alcohol. It may be tasty if you think of it as something different from sake.

When I went to a local izakaya, I was told that the label had peeled off and they couldn't make it into a product. I wondered what it would be like. It had a hint of orikomi and was a pretty decent sake! It was sweet!

One day, I had the desire to stay at a nice inn, so I took the plunge and stayed at a hotel called Toryukan in Yunoue Onsen, where I drank a bottle. It was a sparkling sake that was like Mio but not too sweet, and could be drunk with a meal. This was the first time in my life that I stayed at a detached inn, and it was a great decision.... Each room has its own indoor hot spring.... The dinner was stylish and delicious, and the breakfast was a triple set meal that was enough to fill my stomach to overflowing.... I hope to stay there again when I get my bonus. Incidentally, we also visited the Kunigon Sake Brewery to purchase some sake, which I will write about at a later date. I really liked the hotel. Mmmm...

A gift. It is a sparkling wine from Ichinozo with 5% alcohol by volume. It is quite sweet, so I downed it in one sip.

It's a sparing drink, and when I first drank it, I thought it was harshly carbonated, quite calpis-like, and milky (not my personal favorite), but maybe not what the maker intended, but the second day after opening the bottle, it was strangely mellower and tastier than the first day....

The green apple Pom Pom that I fell in love with last year is here again this year. It's light, sweet and sour, and as delicious as ever. Our Sekoma's side dishes are also perfect for snacks. It's like a white wine that goes well with cheese and duck ๐Ÿ.

I saw this one at Kitano Ace last week. Ao Rango Bomu Pomu๐Ÿ. I'm low al so my wife and I ๐Ÿฅ‚. The aroma is faintly ๐Ÿ? Ooh ๐Ÿ˜ณ the sourness is ๐Ÿ๐Ÿฅฐ. It also feels a little plum-y, but the label pulls you in and you only feel the ๐Ÿ as you drink it ๐Ÿ˜. It's so light that I gulp it down like juice ๐Ÿคฃ.

It's been a while since I had a free coupon for Famipay, so it's been a while since I've had Mio. It's been a few years since I first drank it before I got into sake, or maybe it's been a few years since I had a premium one last year. It is very sweet and sour, but I think it is a little too sour. I think it is a little too sour, and I get tired of drinking it. Well, it may be just right because of its small volume. There seems to be a four-pack bottle, but it might be too much for one person to drink... I was able to reserve a bottle of Sentori Hello World this time, too. They have a lot of bottles available, so it wasn't a blink-and-you'll-miss-it situation. That's a good thing.

Early last month, I went to the Ume Festival for a tipsy night. I was given a local sake tasting set and was surprised to find such a delicious apple juice (!!!)! I was surprised to find such a delicious apple juice (!!) in the sake tasting set! I've been thinking about it! I finally found it for sale ๐Ÿถ. It was just a little astringent when I opened it. Bitterness? A bit bitter? I laughed at it because it was like apple juice. I laughed because it was like apple juice. After a couple of days, I drank it again and found that it had become somewhat milder and was the very apple juice I fell in love with at first sip๐ŸŽ. It's fruity (because it's apple juice), sweet, about 13 degrees, and I can enjoy it on its own without any snacks. In a word, I love it! And the first liquor store I went to. The owner and his wife (or is it a couple?) had a great atmosphere. They had a great atmosphere and a variety of drinks, so we had a lot of fun ๐Ÿ˜Š. I was so happy to see them and they had a variety of drinks. I was so happy that they knew I was a drinker and asked me so many questions. I was happy that they knew I was a drinker and asked me a lot of questions. It seemed like I could try some drinks, so I'm aiming to become a regular customer. 500ml for less than 1300yen

This is a gift from my wife's mother. This is my first time drinking this ๐Ÿค— I don't see many check-ins and you don't see many of them ๐Ÿ™„. Yopa Memo No messy taste I haven't had something this free of clutter recently, so it's pretty fresh! Clear, clean is the best way to describe it. Simply put, it's like water๐Ÿ˜Œ. I had an image of it being more robust and heavy, but it was surprisingly light ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. I think it's perfect with strong flavored, rich Nagoya meshi: ๐Ÿ™†โ€โ™€๏ธ I'm drinking this one in a 5 shaku glass, which is rare ๐Ÿ˜Ž. It was delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹.

Sweet and sour, delicious cold, room temperature 113100 1 o'clock sake from the HINEMOS series. Rich in umami, yet sharp.

The aroma is weak but when you drink it, it's dark sweet! It may indeed be an all-rounder. But in my opinion, it's about a dessert! 170ml 7% polished rice Polishing ratio 70%.

The aroma is firmly sake. When you drink it, the sweetness of the rice, the lemon-like acidity, and the slightly carbonated mouthfeel are extremely delicious! Is it rice malt that's in there a little bit like fruit? The lemoniness is amazing and the sweetness of the rice remains, making it easy to drink. Even people who don't like strong sake or sake can enjoy it. 170ml 9% rice Polishing ratio 70%.

It flows with the aroma of schwarz lemon and a touch of sourness. A stable, adult lemon squash๐Ÿ‹. On my way back to Nagasaki, I got off at Hakata and bought it at Sumiyoshi Shuhan ๐Ÿš„. It's still one of my favorites that I buy regularly. 720 mL ยฅ 2,060

First "Yuma" at a neighborhood ramen shop. I had been curious about it, but regretted putting it off for a while. Light and fruity, it was delicious!

On my way back from a business trip to Fukuoka, I saw it at Sumiyoshi Shuhan and bought it. To be honest, I had never heard of this brand, but the store recommended it, so I was sure it was the right one. It had been sitting in the fridge for a while, but today I opened a bottle for drinking at home. The label says the rice polishing ratio is 60% and the alcohol content is low at 13%. Pouring it into a sake cup, we can confirm that it is a light nigori. The first sip gave off a nice effervescent sensation. After that, a strong acidity, umami of rice, and finally a strong bitterness run through. It is good, very good. I would rather drink this sake face to face with a light snack than as a mealtime drink. If I have a chance, I will bring it home again.

The second night was also ramen ๐Ÿœ. Shirakaba Sanso's miso is also delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹. Philandoโœจ found at a restaurant that Mr. Menshuoh had researched and found for us. The owner was a total ****, After listening to his explanation, I took this bottle that I was curious about and asked him, "Mr. XX, how much is this?" I was shocked at the price ๐Ÿ˜ณ. We each drank one and left immediately ๐Ÿ˜ซ. It's been a while since I've seen someone on their knees ๐Ÿคฃ. By the way, this Philando was a rare raw sake โœจ. While also juicy and sweet, It tastes like an easy-drinking wine ๐Ÿ˜‹. Delicious but too expensive ๐Ÿคฃ.

I bought this at Mori Sake Brewery on my last trip to Hirado! The president of the company was in charge of the cash register that day๐Ÿ˜†. He politely introduced us and told us that it tastes best chilled in a wine glass! Sweet and sour from the aroma Tastes like plum wine Slightly sticky texture A little sweet but not too sweet Slightly rice bran-like, but you can sense the grains and nuts that only low-polished rice can provide But still sweet ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. Sweet and delicious as a dessert wine I had it with Nagasaki Fukusado sponge cake a few days ago Champagne split today ๐Ÿคฃ. Half and half Pour in a 1:1 ratio Marriage of Philando and Champagne ๐Ÿ˜‰. Makes it less sweet. Maybe just the right amount of sweet ๐Ÿค”.

Think Finland, but Philando Low-alcohol sake brewed by the Hiran-no-mori Sake Brewery Drank at the inn we stayed at in Hirado A super sweet dessert sake with low acidity! Maybe the sweetest sake I've ever had. I googled to find out how much sake it has! It's -70 degrees โ€ผ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ณ No wonder it's sweet! The ladies in my house were raving about itโœจ It's 500ml so it was a quick drink ๐Ÿคฃ.

Yamaguchi sake No. 2 at a banquet. It is sweet with 5% alcohol. It's good for toast. But I drank it in the middle of the party, so the timing was wrong๐Ÿ˜… but it's easy to drink and tasty.
