We wanted to welcome the vacations with a delicious sake, so we drank a Niimasa x-type!
I knew I could enjoy the elegant and delicate taste from the clear appearance. ☺️
I think it combines the ease of drinking with the sweetness of sake so that even a sake novice can easily go for it 😃.

Wind Forest. The fresh umami and acidity burst into the mouth. The lingering aftertaste is very long, and you can enjoy this delicious sake with shiitake mushroom tempura 🍶✨The 80% polished rice ratio is this refreshing, but at the same time, it has a convincing umami, which is amazing.

I found this restaurant by chance when I met someone in Kamata last week. Since I came to Kamata today, I just had a drink in my free time. It is beautiful and has a good selection of sake. The first Oze was delicious with a gorgeous aroma. Next time I want to come back for a drink.
