Shinshu Kamerei Mari label that I won in the Sakenomy drawing! I was already looking forward to drinking it! This sake is made from a sake rice called Yamae Nishiki. The aroma when I opened the bottle was already delicious. It is often said that it has a pear-like nuance, but I am not quite sure what this nuance is.... . w I thought I would keep in mind that this is a pear-type sake. It's sweet and fruity! Right after taking it out of the fridge, I got the impression that it was refreshing, After a while, I felt the flavor was more noticeable. I would like to drink this again! ★★★★

Today's series 🍶🤤 that I happened to buy at a local liquor store. It's been a long time since I've had Kamerei 🥰. I thought it would be good on its own, but I wanted a snack from this series 🤤. It's hard to describe but it's so refreshing 🤔. It was very tasty with smoked cheese ヾ(*´*) 🎆🎆🎆.

I love it 🐢. Our stock, the last one 🥺. Yamae Nishiki is gorgeously fruity and delicious! When you pour it into a glass, it has the crisp gassy feeling of a fresh sake 🫧. It's sweet and sour ✨. I hope I can buy it again!

May 21 Wedding Anniversary 💒. Over fields, over mountains, over valleys Somehow we made it here 🤣. It's our 30th pearl wedding 💍. Dora's health finally recovered! Somehow we made it to this day 😊. And what we will open on our anniversary is 🐢✨Hexagon✨😆🎉(the year before last🤭) Now it's time to open the bottle✨🥂✨ Good aroma of sweet and sour 😆♪ It's so soft on the palate. (Maybe it's because it's been aged so long 🤭) The sweet and acidic taste is thick and firm. It also has a light and tangy gas feeling. ❣️ Anyway, it's mellow. Full-bodied sweetness and umami with good acidity. The bitterness comes in the latter half of the bottle and finishes it off. As expected 🐢✨It's well balanced 💕 Mmmmmm delicious 💕〰︎〰︎😆💕 It's more robust than other 🐢 but not too heavy. Hexagon is so good 😍🙌 The second day was just as good as the first ❣️ It's even more mellow now... On the third day It's so much sweeter ‼️ From sweet sweet 〰︎〰︎ to bitter bitter 〰︎〰︎ It's just so thick and dense❗️ It still tastes good, of course. I think it might be better to finish it in 2 days 😉. First time I drank Hexagon✨. It was great 😉👍

Yamada Nishiki Unfiltered Nama Sake Rust from Shinshu Kamerei released in 2024 is Yamada Nishiki I was able to buy Hitogokochiki, Yamae-Nishiki, and Ginkame, but not Kinmon-Nishiki and Kin Kame... I have to buy them together, but Osaka-ya in Kichijoji sells Shinshu Kamerei as a set, so I am indebted to them from time to time! If you are interested, please subscribe to the newsletter of Osaka-ya and check for the sake set sales! Yamadanishiki Unfiltered Nama Sake was released in February, and the taste is superb after a good layering! The sweetness and umami flavor were enhanced, and it was so delicious that you could easily drink too much of it! Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 15%.

I finally opened the second bottle of this one that I bought at the brewery last fall. It is the same as the one I had then, with a great balance between the chili gas, sweetness, umami, and acidity. ☺️ It has a nice sharpness, so it's good as a food sake. Thank you!

Home drinking. I stopped by the brewery on my way home from a GW event and purchased some sake🍶. 100% Yamae-Nishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture The color is clear. Not much aroma. On the palate, it tastes like green apple🍏. It has a subtle and elegant sweetness and a gentle acidity. The mouthfeel is super slightly carbonated and slightly stimulating ✨. Slightly bitter aftertaste. Cool and light, yet noble 🍶.
