It is over the limit, but there was a Homare sake brewery next to it, and there was a label of a color I had never seen before on a karahashi, so I tasted it at the end of the tour.

Karahashi Junmai Ginjo Omachi
The label with a color I had never seen before was Omachi. I checked later and found out that it is sold only in Fukushima Prefecture.

I drank the Omachi, but I thought the Yamadanishiki was undeniably delicious.
That concludes my review of the Hankyu Brewery Festival, where I tasted 33 breweries in 7 hours of endurance tasting 🙏.

Next up is the 3 hour endurance review of the 6th Takashimaya Sake Festival, which I went to a week after the Kuramoto Festival 🤣.

I had been curious about this product for a long time! I never had a chance to pick it up, so I have high expectations for this product because it was purchased from a teacher.
The top-tasting aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel has a nice sweet acidity, followed by an onrushing umami flavor, a juicy initial hit, a slightly citrusy aftertaste, and finally a clean acidity, bitterness, and a slight astringent taste.
The sake is served one after another, one after another. It is delicious!

This is my first time drinking sake,
I was sure I was getting the right Fukushima sake ✨.

I have been drinking Aizu Homare, but this is my first time drinking Karahashi.
Nemuchi-san said that Karahashi is her favorite sake.
It is a fire-brewed sake, but it is fresh and a little gassy. It needs to be refrigerated, and I wonder if it is once-heated.
Fruity, sweet and delicious. The acidity is impressive.
After tasting, Yamadanishiki was also good, but I chose Yume no Kaori because I felt it had a unique character.
Karahashi has Yamadanishiki, Yumen no Kou, and Yumemachi, and it seems that they also have a draft, but I would definitely like to try the draft since it is so good in the hi-ire style.
If I were alone, I probably would not have gone through with it or bought it, so thank you, Nezuchi-san 😃.

I have fond memories of having Yumi Karahashi pour me a glass of Karahashi at last year's Ginjo-shu Fair.
Not necessarily because of that, but it is really delicious.
The aroma, sweetness, and acidity are all unremarkable, yet it has a good balance of flavor and body that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it.
It has a calm and mature impression, just like Yumi Karahashi...
I could have taken more time to drink it.
In my opinion, it was the best of the day!
