I️ will be going to 4 consecutive Fukushima Prefecture sake ️.
The second one is Karahashi which I had last time and it was delicious!
The second one is a fire-brewed Yamada-nishiki of ❗️ which was delicious the other day.
Because it is fire-aged, it doesn't have freshness.
It has a gentle sweetness and a firm umami taste.
The aftertaste is also delicious as it disappears smoothly 👍👍.
I would like to try other sake from this brewery 😊.

This "Karahashi" is a relatively new brand named after the brewer's family name, Karahashi. The sake is said to be made with the utmost attention to quality, including refrigerated storage at -5°C until just before shipment, just to put his own name on the front. This is something to look forward to. Let's drink it right away.
The aroma is a refreshing muscat with a pleasant alcohol taste.
On the palate, there is a tangy, slightly carbonated taste, followed by a melon fruity taste. The attack is not strong, but I have a feeling it will be thick. As I thought, as I expected, the sweetness came right away. Then, more sweetness and bitterness. Finally, the rich sweet alcohol. The alcohol content is 16 degrees, but it has the strength of 17-18 degrees. Yum!
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be the young Dora from "Laputa: Castle in the Sky. She is a very cute but powerful pirate girl.
Satisfaction: ★★★★
*I will post the full version on my blog, supplemented with character images, etc. If you like, please search for "korune sake" or visit us from the link in the profile section.
The last sake of the evening was an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake. This full-bodied sake has a tangy pineapple-like acidity and a firm umami flavor, but also has a sharpness. It is like a skilled ball player from a strong summer school. I would like to pair it with crisp pickled cucumbers or cut tomatoes.
Fruity aroma of melon and strawberries. The mouthfeel is soft and gentle, but with a firm flavor and minerality later on, with a refreshing and subtle sweetness despite its medium dryness.
It is crisp but has a mild aftertaste.
I could still feel the melon-like taste 🍈 Easy to drink!
I like fruity drinks, so this may not be my favorite! But it is delicious!

As the catch copy says, "Aizu Bijin" is the embodiment of the "bewitching" Aizu Bijin.
It is a bewitchingly fruity saké🍶, and the fizzy sensation when the cork is opened is irresistible.
I drank it alternately with Jikin Hachitan-Nishiki, and they were absolutely evenly matched.
Sake from Aizu is good 😎.
