The fourth and final bottle I bought from Gonoi Sake Store's free shipping campaign is Karahashi, which is one of my favorite brands ❗ As I wrote in my previous review, it is brewed by Homare Shuzo, the family of freelance announcer Yumi Karahashi 😘. I've had the Yamada Nishiki black kara-hashi a few times before, but I've missed the Yume-no-Koh white kara-hashi a few times at my local liquor store, so I took this opportunity to pop it ☝️. The upfront aroma is a hint of strawberry🍓. It's sweet and delicious at first, but after swallowing, the bitter and sour aftertaste spreads slowly. It's dry compared to Haneya's Aizan, which I opened just before, but I like it because it's not overpowering, and it goes well with almost anything😄. It's a shame that the brand name is not registered on Sake no Wa... 😢.

This is a raw sake from Karahashi that I drank last month: ❗️ It was so delicious and well balanced that I had to buy it because I wanted to drink nama-sake 😊. I bought it because I wanted to drink a nama sake 😊. The aroma is subdued, but it has a freshness and a hint of gas that is typical of nama-shu. Delicious with freshness and a hint of gasiness ‼️ It tastes more Japanese sweetness🤔 than fruity and elegant. It tastes elegant and elegant. ❗️ It has no acidity, but it has an aftertaste that quickly disappears. It's a delicious sake that you won't get tired of drinking👍

The last sake of the evening was an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake. This full-bodied sake has a tangy pineapple-like acidity and a firm umami flavor, but also has a sharpness. It is like a skilled ball player from a strong summer school. I would like to pair it with crisp pickled cucumbers or cut tomatoes.

As the catch copy says, "Aizu Bijin" is the embodiment of the "bewitching" Aizu Bijin. It is a bewitchingly fruity saké🍶, and the fizzy sensation when the cork is opened is irresistible. I drank it alternately with Jikin Hachitan-Nishiki, and they were absolutely evenly matched. Sake from Aizu is good 😎.

Rice used: 100% Yumenokou (produced in Fukushima Prefecture) Polishing ratio 50%. Yeast Utsukushima dream yeast Alcohol content 16 Sake degree +3.0, acidity 1.5, amino acid 0.8 Suitable temperature12-15℃, 40℃ (lukewarm) Recommended dishShrimp tempura with rock salt First bottle opened in 3 years! 12℃ flower cold Refreshing grape aroma Soft mouthfeel Gentle sweetness Delicate acidity All are understated and elegant. Coherent. I can feel the care taken in the making of this product. I could drink it all the time.
