The fourth and final bottle I bought from Gonoi Sake Store's free shipping campaign is Karahashi, which is one of my favorite brands ❗ As I wrote in my previous review, it is brewed by Homare Shuzo, the family of freelance announcer Yumi Karahashi 😘. I've had the Yamada Nishiki black kara-hashi a few times before, but I've missed the Yume-no-Koh white kara-hashi a few times at my local liquor store, so I took this opportunity to pop it ☝️. The upfront aroma is a hint of strawberry🍓. It's sweet and delicious at first, but after swallowing, the bitter and sour aftertaste spreads slowly. It's dry compared to Haneya's Aizan, which I opened just before, but I like it because it's not overpowering, and it goes well with almost anything😄. It's a shame that the brand name is not registered on Sake no Wa... 😢.

This is a raw sake from Karahashi that I drank last month: ❗️ It was so delicious and well balanced that I had to buy it because I wanted to drink nama-sake 😊. I bought it because I wanted to drink a nama sake 😊. The aroma is subdued, but it has a freshness and a hint of gas that is typical of nama-shu. Delicious with freshness and a hint of gasiness ‼️ It tastes more Japanese sweetness🤔 than fruity and elegant. It tastes elegant and elegant. ❗️ It has no acidity, but it has an aftertaste that quickly disappears. It's a delicious sake that you won't get tired of drinking👍

It's been a while since I've been to Karahashi. I understand that Homare Sake Brewery is the family home of Yumi Karahashi, a well-known announcer on Sunday Morning! The taste is refreshingly sweet and smooth. It is always a beautiful sake!

Very, very, very delicious🍶. Purchased at a liquor store near Aizuwakamatsu station. If you like sweet sake, you should try it. Recommended to drink a bottle.

Drinking on the second day of a business trip (5) in [Sake and snacks at Chuin Shinmachi ［After moving on from Sake Usagi, we next went to Chuin Shinmachi, a restaurant that Aladdin and I visited last October. When I entered the restaurant, I was surprised to find that Mr. Kawada, the owner of the restaurant, remembered me, and I was astonished at his memory 😲. I looked at the menu to see what I wanted to drink first! I found a brand I liked and decided on that one 🚩. Karahashi Junmai Ginjo Omachi. The aroma is sweet with a hint of umami, the mouthfeel is light but the flavor is firm with a hint of sweetness, and then it finishes with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste. The image of a little bitterness in the beautiful taste is very nice. This sake is one of the sake produced by Homare Sake Brewery, the family of Yumi Karahashi, a TV anchor on Sunday Morning. As a person with glasses, I was interested in this sake as well as "Aizu no Homare".
