Takeshi Kubojima
I was not familiar with this sake, but I found out it was made by the Homare Sake Brewery. It tastes gorgeous and very Fukushima-like. I like it.

Smooth! Clear, I was surprised because I honestly didn't expect to drink it. It smells as good as Bida, also from Tochigi, but not too much.
