I love Genmai, but this is my first time drinking Omachi. It's like Mariko Touji's sake.
When the bottle is opened, a gorgeous ginjo aroma spreads. The gentle sweetness spreads in the mouth. There is no bitterness at all, and a slight bitterness at the end is pleasant. I tried it heated at an event, and it was quite good at human body temperature. It's really too good to be true. 😋😋😋😋😋
