It was the first time I could drink it.
Last year there was a poor harvest of sake rice and the sake shops did not receive any.
We returned the sake rice to the donor of the rice with sake, and the remainder just came in.
The specs are: special junmai, nama-shu, Miyamanishiki, 59%. 16% alcohol by volume.
Unlike the refined taste of Genmai, the flavor of Miyamanishiki is brilliant.
It is a wonderful sake.
There are two types of sake: nama-shu and hi-airi, and we chose the nama-shu.
This sake does not choose its temperature.
It was served as the first toast at a certain sake party.
A cloudy sparring.
It was the perfect sake for a toast.
It has a shwashy and sweetness that is typical of Genmai, and yes, it is a Genmai sake.
After that, we had the sake in the fourth picture.
The toji (master brewer) also came to the party and we had a very meaningful time listening to his stories.
However, except for this first toast, I felt that the sweetness typical of Genmai was a little subdued.
Perhaps my expectations were too high, or perhaps I had changed my image of Genmai in my memory because I had not had it recently.
I have not been able to find it recently because of its popularity, but I would like to try it next time I come across it.
The letter "i" is completely different from the usual Genmai label. The dots are rice. The reason why it is an "i" is because Aizan is used. What would happen if Chino-san made sake using Aizan, which is said to be the diamond of sake rice, as well as the cuteness of the label? It is very interesting.
It has a creamy and fruity taste of lactic acidity, perhaps from the unfiltered raw. Fruity, but what is this? The mild sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are like grapefruit. But the acidity is not that much, so you could say it's peachy.
It seems to be a voluminous sake. It is a sake that can be drunk on its own and has a strong flavor.
If you can't find a four-pack, just buy a one-pack!
I bought it in the spirit of "Kawanakajima Genmai
The aroma is mellow peach and pineapple.
The taste is smooth, sweet and juicy, just like Omachi.
The aftertaste is a bit dry, and in a good way, it disappears without any sense of calmness.
Delicious!
Good evening, Mr. Muro.
Congratulations on your first Kawanakajima Genmai 🎉.
I'm jealous because I'd like to meet you too, but I haven't yet swallowed it: ⤴️
Good evening, ma-ki- ✨
Thank you 😊I happened to get it ❗️
I'm happy because I've always wanted to try it 🍶👍.
I'm sure ma-ki- will be able to find it ☺️
I know chika has been saying that for a while 🤨.
I heard a rumor that some liquor stores in the prefecture are selling it, but I can't go there...
The lottery sales are also all gone 😱.
This is the first time I have had this drink, and it is no wonder it is so popular. The alcohol was well used, and the balance of sweetness, bitterness and spiciness was superb. The taste was enchanting.
Genmai Omachi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu 1,800ml
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content 16%.
We bought it last year and enjoyed it at home for about a year.
It has an elegant sweetness and is delicious. I tend to drink too much of it.
The third and fourth pictures are from last Saturday. I thought about buying some more, but the cooler box was over capacity 😅I mean, can we drink this much 💦?
It looks like there will be another highlight on the 15th, but unfortunately I won't be able to go two weeks in a row 😭.
Hi @Mizuhashi 🐦.
I was going to write that you have a great selection 🤣 and the cooler box fits well too 😳 I'm sure you'll run out soon as they are all delicious drinks 😉.
Hi Pon 😃.
I learned from Jay & Nobby to take pictures side by side: ✌️ cooler box🧰 of refrigerant will hold if it's a day trip. I'll bring it to a friend's drinking party since I'm getting more and more mast drinks 😅.
Good morning @Mizuhashi, ☀️
Wow😳You stocked up 〰︎😆❣️❣️
Great lineup✨
Dora says she's been going to Nagano 🚙 a little bit and lately it's starting to feel closer 🤣I might go back 😂.
Seems to be a little easier to buy these days?
Personally, I've decided not to pursue it anymore, but this one was great, mellowing with each passing hour.
I couldn't help but buy the Yamadanishiki one because this one was so good.
Here is a chart diagram for my own drinking comparison. I am sure some of you will point out that this is not true! I am sure some of you will point this out to me. I would appreciate it if you could tell me.
(My impression after drinking it)
It looks greenish yellow. It has a pineapple-like fruit aroma. It tastes like a pineapple concentrate with 8 sweetness to 2 acidity. The taste is similar to that of Huayangbao. It has a moderate tingling sensation on the tongue, and I wonder if it is a popular flavor of the moment. The sweetness increases as it gets to room temperature.
