川水流
Seems it was released last week, but I was too busy to notice. To be honest, I can't remember the last time it was released so early. H-E is a combination of Yamada and Miyama. This time, I felt that the Yamada was dominant in the finish. In other words, this could be attributed to the fact that the Miyama is not as good as it should be. The Yamada was also able to fully demonstrate its flavor and sweetness, and the high temperatures of last summer probably had little effect on the taste. The ratio of Yamada to Miyama is 1:1, but the Miyama is losing out. However, the ratio of rice polishing is different for each variety.
