It is absolutely gorgeous. When you put it in your mouth, it spreads out in a big bang. Then comes a strong sweetness. It lands without bitterness or aliveness. There is a little aftertaste. A quintessential taste.
It has a mild sweet aroma, a sweet flavor, and finally a bitter taste that finishes with a kick. The bitterness leaves a slight taste on the tongue, but it is not unpleasant. If it were a little thicker, it would be perfect, but the cost is quite good. Delicious.
No aroma. The mild sweetness and umami come through the watery, refreshing mouthfeel, and the smell of alcohol escapes through the nose. It is not unpleasant. Maybe it goes well with food. After the clear landing, a bitter taste remains. More umami would be nice.
After a while, the sweet and umami (umami is stronger) comes out. But it is sharp and clean. It is quite dry.
There is not much aroma. It is not too sweet for a kijo sake, but it is sweet and delicious. It is thick and rich. It is certainly delicious. It has a high degree of perfection. It has a sense of unity, or rather, it is delicious from beginning to end.
