Kawanakajima Genmai Special Junmai Hitogochi Shiboritate Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml Sake rice Hitogochiki Rice polishing ratio 59 Alcohol content: 16%. We opened the bottle that we brought from Ueda at the end of last year. Now let's see how it tastes. Compared to the Oshinshu of the previous day, it is a bit lighter. But I can't say which is better or worse. Stored in the vegetable compartment of the refrigerator at home. The thermometer is 5.7 degrees Celsius right now. The temperature in the refrigerated room above is 1.7 degrees Celsius. The winter sake stored in the vegetable room should be consumed soon and replaced with fire-aged sake.

Hi @Mizuhashi 😀 My favorite 🐢sama and Jikin-sama will only be hi-iru from April 😀. However, we have a lot of nama-sake at home, so we have to keep it in the freezing point cellar somehow 🤣.

☀️ We were very lucky to be able to compare Aiyama and Miyamanishiki from Kawanakajima Genmai 😊. Aizan. The sweetness and umami are moist and quietly sinking in 😚 It has a calm taste, and although you can feel a lot of sweetness, it is not clingy and clean. ☺️ It was a typical finish of Aiyama, bringing the aroma of unrefined sake and sweet atmosphere 🤗. Miyamanishiki It has a more subdued sweetness than Aizan. It has a very carbonated taste. The timing of opening the bottle is said to be later than Aizan. Is there gas left in the bottle 🤔? It has a subtle bitterness in the aftertaste, but the ginjo aroma is also softly felt in the nose, creating a lingering finish 🤗. It's hard to say which is better 🥰.

I think it's probably because of the earthquake that he's trying to get ahead as fast as he can, and he was said a lot of things when he left Lotte, and he has that "timid and troubled face", so I feel like I'm his parent (temporarily) and want to support him. 😅 Thanks to that, I've been drinking since this hour (lol). So, I uploaded the one I opened a week before having a drink with my eldest son and his wife. The first bottle was a bottle of Kawanakajima Genmai ginjo-namaishu. It is sold exclusively at Yokouchi Sake Shop. We had it, but it didn't feel right. I warmed it up to see if it was a warmed sake instead of a cold one, but it just tasted a little sweet, but that was normal. I regret that I raised my expectations too high. 😓 Personally, it was not a good match for me. 🙏.

original💨 Your first Shiboritate ✨ But probably the same as the standard special jun, right? 🤔 I love the juicy, rich sweet flavor 😋. In my opinion, Genmai and Mapo Tofu go well together 👲. Ajinomoto's hot and spicy mapo tofu bowl! You don't need rice when you have Genmai 😆. It's a perfect match with the peppery, punchy tang 👍.
