I think it has a wonderful balance of sweetness, flavor, and bitterness. It does not have a strong character, but it is easy to drink like water. Of course it is delicious right after opening the bottle, but I would like to enjoy the changes after tomorrow.

I have been drinking carefully little by little since New Year's, and it is now February. I've never had it, but I saw your post on Sake-no-wa and it looks delicious! I want to drink it! I've always wanted to drink it!
There were many things I wanted to buy, but I decided to go with this one for the day! (I'm limited to one four-pack bottle in my business backpack on the way home from work 😆)
