The second bottle of Genmai. The first "Yamae Nishiki" is rich with a soft, delicious sweetness. I had it with horse mackerel and Chinu sashimi when my son came home for his summer vacation. I bought it at the same time as Haneya's summer sake, which I haven't had in a while, because I could buy it at the regular price if I bought the summer sake designated by the liquor store. I have high expectations for this one as well.

Long time no see Phantom Dance Emotional Harmony 😆. I was too sick to open it for a while 😂. The aroma is mild but delicious from the outset! Fruity, mellow sweetness and aroma with a silky, thick texture😍. The sweetness fills your mouth and then it comes together nicely and goes down the back of your throat... it finishes nicely leaving a lingering aftertaste of another sip. While I was drinking it with this thought in mind, someone drank it on their own! I was drinking so much that I thought 😱. See you next year ✨

This stock was purchased in the spring. This Genmai has been buried in the store and it has been a year and a half since it was manufactured. The last time I drank it, it seemed dry, probably because it was still new, but this one has turned into something else 🤨. Above all, it is mellow and sweet. It is rich and mellow. I didn't know it could change so much when unfiltered raw is put down. I can't feel the so called "aged aroma", but I am surprised. But it is still delicious 😋.

Evening drink is 🍶. Sake Sengrano Co. Kawanakajima Genmai Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu This is a very hard-to-find brand. Light and refreshing with a melon-like aroma 🍈. Great umami. And sweetness. Long aftertaste, strong umami, impressive 🥰. So much length of aftertaste. But it is a taste that can be savored forever 🥰.

It's been a while since I've had sake ⁉️😅 Tonight we had "Kawanakajima Genmai" 🍶. I had had it once before... but it didn't make much of an impression on me for some reason, so I was curious and brought it back to you again! Open the bottle. Aroma...💦. It has a strong sake flavor. ⁉️ The sake is even stronger when served with a cup of sake. I'm still not feeling well. It's like my body doesn't want it 😱. I'm thinking I need to get back to perfect physical condition before the summer vacation, but I keep drinking more 🤣.

The aroma and taste are quite unique and full-bodied. It has a nutty flavor, but at the same time, it has a lactic acid bacteria-like atmosphere. Jungin of Genmai, Sanke Nishiki, unfiltered raw sake. It seems to be the first one. We bought a bottle of Genshu Mai with the expectation that it would be the first one for Genshu Mai. I bought it in a bottle. I opened the bottle and poured it into a glass. I asked myself how the aroma was. I put my nose close to it, It's lactic acid! It's already at the level of yogurt. I instantly realized that it was not the thick and delicious TYPE I realized in an instant that it was not the thick and tasty TYPE According to prior information on social networking sites, "If you drink it with the image of conventional GENMAI I understood that "if you drink it with the image of conventional Genmai, it's no good, I understood that it was not good, It was more than I expected 😱. Like my favorite Sanuki Kuraudai. The same acidity, but not my favorite acidity, There is something peculiar about the aftertaste too. I don't mean to sound harsh, but.., I'm disappointed that they are releasing this as Genshu Mai. I'm disappointed. I am disappointed. This is my third Genbu. This seems to have pros and cons regarding the aroma and taste among fans; like yogurt or cheese, but I could enjoy this unique characteristics from the fist cup. Absolutely it's unique but I want to pair this with sweets. What's your opinion on this?

A bottle given to me by a family member. First of all, the sweetness of the rice comes first, followed by a fruity aroma on the nose. It is a Nagano sake, but it has a banana-like, tropical feel to it. It was a very nice sake.
