They said it was a local version of Tasake. I had no idea! I would like to have it on a daily basis as you recommended it as a food sake. (I am jealous of Aomori!)
Untitled The sake is said to be left up to the drinker. At first, it seems "young" but the aftertaste is completely different and surprising. I would like to recommend this sake from now on.
The brewery is said to be very particular about quality control.
The aroma spreading in just a few sips made me dizzy.
I was told that it is serial number 1!
I would like to drink this sake in summer rather than this season. It is young and refreshing. It is said to be slightly sparkling, but drunk people don't know that. LOL!
