A glass of sake in Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan.
It was my first time to drink this sake and it was delicious!
I want to visit a sake brewery next time I go on a business trip!
Hokian Okuni Yukiroku Yukinaka-aged Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu
55% 16% alcohol
Purchased during a trip to Nagano.
I am interested in snow aging.
The first sip after opening the bottle.
Amazing fruitiness. It is like a pineapple that has been fully ripened. The flavor, sweetness, and acidity are all concentrated and delicious.
The aftertaste is tangy without being sweet.
The roundness and depth of flavor are probably the result of aging in the snow, and they are more than you can imagine.
I could not find any information about this sake on the Internet. I wonder when I will be able to find it again!

The rice used is Hitogochiki and Mochihikari.
Sake recommended by a maniac liquor store I recently started visiting.
I don't remember all of them, but I have a good impression of all the sakes made with glutinous rice,
This sake is also full-bodied and strong.
It is very sweet, but not too much so,
It has a slightly fruity mouthfeel and a spicy aftertaste.
The balance is also good. ❗️
It was different from my expectation in a good way. ❣️
A collaboration between Kajikura, a liquor store in Hakuba, and Kitaan Daikoku.
The moment I drank it, I was filled with nostalgia.
It was a sweet sake from the good old days of Kitaan Okuni.
I felt like I was back to the good old days of Kitaan Ookuni's sweet sake, as I had recently been broadening my palate to include dry sake.
I feel that it is different from Junmai Ginjo Hakuba Renpo.
This is a collaboration between a liquor store called Kajikura and Kitayasu Okuni.
It is a light and easy to drink sake, suitable for a mid-meal drink.
It is a little dry, but has a savory aroma like caramel.
Oikuni-san has a strong image of being a sweet sake, but has he recently turned to dry sake?
However, it is delicious, so I am satisfied.

A trip to complete the Oito Line 🚃.
I had it warmed 😋 Aged. One step ahead of Daruma Masamune's old sake. Caramel. Karama. Delicious with Gunma Japanese pork 🐖 motsu stew to bring out the acidity.

A sake that does not overstep its bounds. A taste that does not tire you.
Oh, it's good to have this kind of sake once in a while.
I have the impression that most of Daikoku's sake is sweet.
I wonder if that is the direction they have taken since long ago.
I wonder if they have kept that taste.
Among such Oikuni's sake, this sake gave the impression of being relatively dry.
