Here is the second brand for our wedding anniversary.
I often travel to Nagano Prefecture, and I know a sake lover who likes Nagano sake, so I thought I knew a lot about it, but I'm sorry. This was my first time.
It was my first visit to a liquor store in Saitama City, and after some hesitation, I decided to buy a bottle of sake that looked like it would bring me good luck (a hammer of luck?). So I opened the bottle thinking it would be good for our anniversary!
It is the opposite of Hanakaze. It feels solid. I drank it in a wine glass, and it goes well with strong dishes!
We served it with Dr. Doi's recipe, ba-jaga and tuna 😘.

Last year's sake was made with rice from Hyogo, but they changed it to rice from Omachi, Nagano.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 14% alcohol by volume
You have to drink this sake during the summer 😅.

There was also another junmai ginjo, unfiltered, raw sake, but we chose this one because we like the mellow, complex flavor of junmai sake.
The mouthfeel has the freshness of a nama sake.
As expected, the mild sweetness of the rice malt comes straight to the palate, while still having a fruity taste. It is quite strong because it is a pure sake!
The alcohol taste and sweet aroma through the nose are also good!

A sweet and delicious sake 🍶 with the umami of rice and a little acidity, it has a delicious and crisp taste.
It was also fruity with pineapple-like aroma from the latter half of the bottle.
I drank it chilled because of the season, but it is also delicious heated 🍶.
