The bottle is made from "Hitogochi".
Hitogochi is used. It has a slight sweetness, but a firm umami flavor and a refreshing acidity.
Hokian Daigoku Junmai-shu Gojyuku
Hitogochi is also used. It has a good balance of acidity and sweetness, and has a Junmai-shu character, but it is surprisingly refreshing.
Hokyuan Daigoku Junmai Ginjyo Summer Sake
Made with Yamae-Nishiki. It has a sake strength of -10, but it has a light and light impression with a tangy and refreshing acidity.
The label has a Daikoku-sama face label for the year-round product and a Daikoku-sama uchide no kozuchi label for the seasonal product.
When we asked about another brand, Iyari, we were told that it is distributed on a limited basis and is not listed on their website.
The label used to be Yamahai, but they changed it to Namahashi last year. I have to drink it again...
When I told him that the distributor was Hata Sake Shop, he said that Hata-san had just been here 🤣.
I was surprised to see so many of the Instagrammers I follow, people from restaurants that serve famous sake in Kansai, and liquor store owners at this event.
