Izumikawa, a local brand of HIROKI
This is my first time to drink Izumikawa.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
It has a light and mild sweetness on the palate, but it is more refreshing than Tobiroki.
It is delicious 🍶.
The third picture is the Hiroki Sake Brewery's main store, which we visited the next day.
It was located in the center of Aizu Sakashita.
It was a small sake brewery, though it had a lot of depth.
GW to Fukushima 🚗💨
One of the purposes is to buy Sake!
We went to a sake shop that impressed us with its great selection last year.
The Izumikawa I was planning to buy was sold out😭.
I bought Kiku-Senkawa instead and it was the right choice 👍!
It's lighter than Izumikawa and goes well with food!
I should have bought more 😆.
Discreet aroma of green apple and acidity🍏🍏.
The watery mouthfeel combines with elegant rice flavor and gentle acidity that quickly recedes with bitterness 😋✨✨.
This is one you can drink for the rest of your life without getting tired of drinking it! ☺️
It's really delicious 😋🤤Thanks 😊
I love a bottle of sake because it's delicious.
This time, I bought a Daiginjo
Despite its gorgeous aroma, it has a sharp aftertaste.
I can drink it easily.
The bitterness spreads a little as the day goes by.
The mild sweetness spreads softly, so the balance of the flavor remains perfect and it tastes great all the time.
The impression of good balance is the same as Tobiroki.
Very delicious 😋.
We have been longing for Izumigawa, which we got on our trip to Fukushima last year!
However, it is difficult to manage the stock when 1.8 is sitting there, so we will open the bottle soon.
When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a fresh and gorgeous aroma of pears and muscats.
The palate is smooth and clean, with a refreshing minerality and a bit of sweetness. However, the sweetness soon disappears and the astringent taste slowly emerges as the main flavor.
The full flavor of the rice can also be felt, but it is quickly cut off along with the astringent taste.
It is soft and yet smart overall. From the mouthfeel to the finish, it is beautiful and delicious, as if in a flash!
This non-habitual austere deliciousness is perfect as a food sake✨.
This is a classic local sake with a balance that makes it easy to drink endlessly!
