BBQ with Maru-san & Maru-san Kids ④. Only Izumikawa missed giving 💦. This is the one we got on our Fukushima version of our great summer adventure called "going home". My husband went around a few places on his way back from Ouchi-juku and came across this 😁👍. It is very crisp when drunk cold. It is crisp when drunk cold, but warmed to lukewarm with Maru-san's sake warmer. The sweetness and gorgeousness spread out 😍❣️ this change is amazing😍! Thank you so much for the 4 bottles and a very enjoyable holiday 😊.

BBQ at Wakata's house ④ My memory is getting doubtful now😅. This Izumikawa is a local brand of Hiroki Sake Brewery of Tobiroki. I think there is no sake that Yuki can't get his hands on 😳. We brought our own sake heater, so we visited the house and had the sake cold and top-heated. The cold sake was of course delicious, but the heated sake opened up the sweetness and tasted even better. The yam was also surprisingly tasty, and I was even more surprised when I heard the recipe. Just sprinkle some ochazuke stock on the yam. That's ridiculous... A superb entrée with the highest level of ease. The leader of the Sake-no-wa cooking team is confirmed to be Mr. Wakata 🍴. Afterwards, we were treated to a cake 🍰 for the children, a meat suckling (also excellent), and other hospitality that we were not sure we could repay. At the end of the party, we were escorted to the station by the whole family, including the children who had returned from club activities 🚶. Thank you so much, Wakata-san and Yuki-san 🙇. It was a very enjoyable time and the children will never forget it. Thank you very much 🙇.

Maru-san Looks like a fun BBQ at Wakata-san's house. It is nice to be able to connect with each other in this way! And Izumikawa is delicious, isn't it? It's true that it tastes better when heated than when chilled!

Good evening, Sashu🌒. I am very grateful for the sake connection we have through Sake no Wa 😊. I think Izumikawa, as you say, becomes more and more delicious as the temperature rises. It's also delicious warmed up or cooled down 🧐. It's a good sake ☺️

Alcohol content: 16 Rice: Undisclosed, Brewer's alcohol Rice polishing ratio: 40 This locally distributed sake from Hiroki Shuzo, famous for Tobiroki, is sold mainly only in Fukushima Prefecture. I bought it as a souvenir on a recent business trip to Fukushima. The aroma is fruity with nuances of peach and melon. The fruity sweetness is noticeable in the mouth, with a slight acidity in the mid-palate and a clean finish. I thought this was a delicious sake. As the temperature rose from chilled to hot, a slight bitterness was felt in the aftertaste, but the sake could be enjoyed at any time during the changing flavors. The label on the front is Japanese paper, and unfortunately the label was a little scraped off when I took it out due to condensation during transportation.

The last is in a separate frame, "Izumigawa"! Gorgeous, elegant and pleasant aroma of melon and apple. The palate is clean and smooth. The balance of sweet, spicy, acidic, and astringent is not too assertive, and the elegant, calm, and gorgeous aroma of ginjo complements this. Less umami than the one we had yesterday, but this sense of stability without excesses, deficiencies, or sharpness is habitually delicious ✨. On the last day of our round trip to Aizu, we visited "Sazae-do" and the graves of our ancestors, as well as the sake brewing exhibition at the Prefectural Expo. On the way back, we happened to go from the land of drunkenness to the land of dreams (Shinkansen)! I have many childhood memories of both Disney and Aizu, so I was able to enjoy myself as if I were a child again 😌.

Mr. STST Good evening! I too saw the exhibit at the museum last week. I like to drink Izumigawa with duck soup at a soba noodle shop along the museum. My favorite routine is to go to the museum café after dinner until I get to dawdle while looking at the view.

Good evening, Mr. Shouting Butterfly! There is nothing but the best duck soup split in Izumigawa...! I couldn't go there due to time constraints, but I was also curious about the cafe on the first floor, so next time I'd like to spend some time relaxing among the locals 😌.

I went on a trip to Aizu to dissipate after 6 consecutive working days! Yesterday, I took the time to enjoy Inawashiro (Kamegajo Castle and Dozu Shrine) and Tsurugajo Castle. After all, I feel at home in familiar places👍. And at dinner at the inn, I saw the word "Izumigawa"! I don't know what the specs are, but it's the one I've been longing for. The aroma is gorgeous and floral, with hints of apple and pear. It has a beautiful minerality on the palate, and the sweet, spicy, and bitter flavors are well balanced without being too assertive. However, the umami is stronger than that of "Tobiroki" and it is juicy and delicious ✨. The umami lineage gives the impression of being like "Miyazumi"! It was a supreme combination with the carp wash 😌.

The 105th anniversary party of my college baseball club We were served sake brought in by one of our seniors from Aizu! Izumikawa by Hiroki Shuzo, the brewer of Tobiroki Since the last time I drank it in Aizu with my senpai! It has a nice aroma and a calm, fruity taste! I heard that the distribution of this sake is limited to Aizu. Talking with old members for the first time in a long time Delicious sake made our tongues smooth! knowledge of how to make the best use of it! Rice polishing ratio: Yamadanishiki / Gohyakumangoku Sake degree: 55 degrees Heat treatment: 2 times heat treatment Alcohol content: 15

At a liquor store in Koriyama before summer. Slightly caramelized aroma on the nose, dry with a delicious flavor. Tasted on the rocks, it is even easier to drink.
