This is a Junmai Ginjo of Izumigawa, a brand distributed in the prefecture by Hiroki Shuzo. I have had the opportunity to drink Kikusenkawa recently, but it has been a while since I have had a higher-ranked Izumikawa.
The aroma is nutty and full-bodied. The taste gives the impression of a beautiful sake with a good balance of sweet, sour, and astringent tastes.
Sake discussion was in full bloom and the master's heart was on fire 🔥.
The 10th glass (^^)
Master service item: ❣️
It's a local sake from Hiroki Shuzo Honten, which is famous for its sake Hiroki.
Oh no! Thank you very much for the sake!
Yummmmai(^^)
Sake Drinking in Rashai (10)
Next is Izumikawa😄My favorite sake! It really stings when you drink it. The aroma is so soothing that it calms me down even after drinking a lot of fancy sake.
Izumikawa, another brand of Tobiroki: ‼️
Mainly distributed locally, but I got it for the first time 😊.
The aroma is fruity with a hint of acidity like an early harvest roadside melon 🍈.
The mouthfeel is smooth and light, with a pleasant dry sharpness that spreads quickly 😎.
Then the smooth umami spreads from the back, and it is also beautiful 🤤.
The slight bitterness in the aftertaste is accented by a lingering flavor 🤤.
Yum!
Store Drinking.
The handwriting on the label is masterful and cool 😎.
I envy people with good handwriting.
The color is slightly yellow. The color is a classic style.
The aroma is of rice 🌾.
The taste is sweet and tasty.
The taste is a bit like a peppermint.
There is a lingering astringent aftertaste.
Junmai-shu from ❗️ that plays on the umami of rice 🍶.
I got it at a ryokan in Inawashiro and loved it at first sight❤️
I got it safely at a liquor store in Aizuwakamatsu❗️
Hiroki Shuzo's Izumikawa
I had never heard of it.
Well, it's delicious ☺️
Once again I was reminded of the high level of sake in Fukushima: ‼️
Izumikawa Junmai Ginjo Hi-ire. The FUKU NO TORI Gathering is also an event where the manager tries to see what will happen if this sake is aged for a long time, so this Izumikawa has also been aged for about a year. It has become rounder, mellower, and calmer. However, in terms of change, it is not that much.
