叫ぶ蝶
I have followed this sake for six seasons without fail, and recently I have finally become somewhat familiar with the differences in sake quality from year to year. How about this year?
It is light and cloudy. There is almost no foam and the aroma is fresh green grass. The mouthfeel is soft with the rough outline of a raw sake. It has a pleasant sweetness, but it is more like alcohol sweetness than sugar sweetness. Some people might describe it as dry. It is delicious again this year.

Good morning, screaming butterflies 😃.
I also drank this Izumikawa the other day!
We drank it outside, but it was so good that I regret not being able to drink it at home: ☺️
No wonder Mr. Shouting Butterfly has been chasing it for 6 seasons 😊.
