Isego Nakameguro's corner shop is open from 12:00 on weekends but from 3:00 to 6:30 on weekdays, which is a personal hurdle for me, and I would like to see it open from noon on weekdays as well.
The first glass is a new sake by Hiroki Shuzo from Izumikawa and Tobiroki, which I was curious about ✨.
It smells like green apple🍏. It has a gentle mouthfeel and I didn't feel any gas. It has a delicious clean flavor. It's a little sharp and well-balanced ✨.
