Fruity aroma with light acidity and sweetness floating on green apple.
Not much thickening. The lingering aftertaste is long, with a strong sweet and umami flavor that slowly fades through the nose and is mixed with acidity and bitter umami flavor.
The tongue roughness is a little strong and the alcohol on the tongue is long and thick all the way through.
It can go with strong dishes without losing, so I want to keep it around for a long time!
