4.5/5.0
Purchased at Tokyo Station Hasegawa Sake Shop.
Drinking at a hotel on a business trip.
Sometimes, I like to drink alone.
I had a glass with oden. It has a sweetness that is not overpowering, but you can taste it after it goes down your throat.
I might want to buy a bottle next time.
Originally, this limited edition sake was only fire-brewed once and distributed locally, but at the request of the liquor store, it was specially bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized only for those who reserved a bottle.
The flavor is gentle and clear, with a gentle spread of umami. It is absolutely delicious when heated.
It's a bit sweet and my favorite? But I thought it was a bit flirtatious and for "fun-loving" people. I thought it was a bit flirtatious and for the jovial crowd.......
It was moist and slightly sweet, a delicious sake. I think it is the best hiyaoroshi sake.
I think it is time for new sake to be released, but I still want to be in the mood for autumn.
