Is it a summer sake for me personally? It seems a little heavy.
It's +3 degrees, so it would be classified as dry, but I felt it was sweet.

Personally, I didn't like it.
But when I drank it with sashimi, the aftertaste became refreshing and I felt it was a sake that went well with the dish!

Green apple-like aroma. Sweet but with a good amount of sourness bitterness. Slightly numbing. Good. It's very good.
This brewery is located next to Saigawa River and is only open on weekdays. Next to Higashiida Shuzo. They say they are not related to each other even back to the Edo period when records were kept.
This brewery brews sake with flower yeast. This is Tsurubara yeast. It does not have a rose aroma. But apple is a member of the rose family.
They have strong personalities next to each other. It's very nice.
