Sake degree -44
But 15% alcohol by volume
Super sweet!
Sweetest sake I've ever had, including kijoshu, and the sweetness is beautiful!
What a feeling!
Maybe it's perfect as a dessert sake!
And it tastes great as a drink too!
We had a rare drink at a pub 🍶.
Cold sake
Refreshing aroma
Sourness reminiscent of apples
Very light and not too Junmai-like
Smooth and gentle on the palate
Light type Ingredient rice: Hitogokochi Polishing ratio 55% Alcoholic strength: 15

Sake made with Tsukishita-bijin yeast.
It has a crisp acidity, but the overall balance is good, with a bitter aftertaste. The aroma is slightly banana-like.
It is a refreshing summer drink and would go well with stir-fried sweet and spicy pork chops 😄.
I liked Raifuku's Summer Sake: ☺️
I was thinking of buying it again,
I'm also interested in this Sekizen 🤔
I heard that they were trained at Raifuku with the same flower yeast?
Makes sense, the labels are similar too 😉.
This one is also delicious ❗️
It has a bit more bitterness than Raifuku.
But this is also perfect for summer👍.
I'm looking forward to the taste change since it's a draft sake 😊.
This sake is made with carnation flower yeast. This is a convenient item to drink for the reason of Mother's Day! I'll buy it myself and have my kids pass it on to my wife 😆.
The aroma of carnation is not .......
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a bottle for my mother, but it has a nice flavor and is soft and comfortable without being too heavy.
I had to work the next day, but we drank it together. Thank you very much for the food 😄.
