The aroma is very refreshing, as is typical of summer sake!
Is it a summer sake for me personally? It seems a little heavy.
It's +3 degrees, so it would be classified as dry, but I felt it was sweet.
The aftertaste is perhaps characteristic of floral yeast, or perhaps there is a brewing sensation?
Personally, I didn't like it.
But when I drank it with sashimi, the aftertaste became refreshing and I felt it was a sake that went well with the dish!
