This sake is made with carnation flower yeast. This is a convenient item to drink for the reason of Mother's Day! I'll buy it myself and have my kids pass it on to my wife 😆.

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a bottle for my mother, but it has a nice flavor and is soft and comfortable without being too heavy.
I had to work the next day, but we drank it together. Thank you very much for the food 😄.

I looked closer and saw that it was made in April last year and shipped in August 🙄.
This store also stocked Sekizen with the date of 21 years old 😇.

Sweet and sour, elegant and gorgeous. The umami comes in the latter half. I like it because it is quite sweet.
I googled it, but it seems to be sold only by Yumeikan, but I wonder if it is a PB.

Sake from Nagano.
I was looking for a sake that uses apple yeast as well, and I found this one.
It has a slight apple aroma, but the aftertaste is more refreshing than I expected.

It is a superb bottle brewed with dandelion flower yeast, just like the flowers around us that color our daily lives.
