The aroma is sweet and the drinking experience is sweet and delicious!
I think even people who don't like sake can enjoy drinking it.
For sake drinkers, it is a sake, but it is sweet and delicious like a sweet!
4 stars
As the label says, it is very dry!
The aroma is full and powerful, just like sake!
It has a sweetness, but it is very refreshing with an apple-like sourness in the middle of the taste.
It has a strong umami flavor, so it would be better with meat dishes with a strong flavor than sashimi.

It was a bit schwarziness, as is typical of nama sake, with a very refreshing sweetness and apple-like flavor!
There was no alcohol smell at all, and as the label says, it was a refreshing and delicious sake!
5 stars
Iga-ya Sake Brewery, Nakano City, Nagano Prefecture, Japan
It didn't appear in the sake brewery selection.
It has a melon-like aroma and a sweetness that stands out.
It is more suitable for carpaccio than Japanese food.
Bought it because of the cute bottle!
It tastes like a cup of sake! It tastes like a cup of sake. It tastes like brewer's alcohol.
But it was mellow and delicious!
The aroma is fluffy with a bread-like yeast aroma.
It is very tasty with a rich and fluffy rice flavor.
When we were sold this sake, it was said that the goal was not to make it a good aperitif, but rather to make it a good in-between-dinner drink, so that one could easily drink two or three glasses of it. It has a strong umami flavor, but you can easily drink it without hesitation.
I think it is because it has a clean aftertaste.
I would like to try it with curry and other strong dishes.

The aroma is fresh and gorgeous, just as the pink label suggests.
The taste is fresh like a white wine, followed by a heavy and robust flavor, just like the original sake.

Since it is a draft sake, it has a strong flavor and aroma that lingers on the nose for a while after drinking.
The taste is sweet at first, but soon becomes heavy and heavy on the tongue. Delicious.
The aroma is subdued.
I couldn't find the brand name when I searched...
Ookuni Sake Brewery, Nagano Prefecture, Japan
I visited the brewery, but it seemed that they no longer make sake, and there were only about 20 bottles that had been produced for about a year.
The sake was nicer than expected, easy to drink, and goes well with Japanese food.
Domestic rice, 60% polished rice
The aroma is subdued, and when you drink it, it has a gentle sweetness typical of Junmai with a soft aftertaste.
And anyway, the bottle is cute. LOL!
100% Oceto
Gorgeous aroma, fruity and sweet.
Melon-like sweetness, as was the case with other types of Kinryo.
After that, you can feel the strength of the rice with a gusto.
Delicious!

Made with flower yeast
100% Hitokochi
The aroma is very refreshing, as is typical of summer sake!
Is it a summer sake for me personally? It seems a little heavy.
It's +3 degrees, so it would be classified as dry, but I felt it was sweet.
The aftertaste is perhaps characteristic of floral yeast, or perhaps there is a brewing sensation?
Personally, I didn't like it.
But when I drank it with sashimi, the aftertaste became refreshing and I felt it was a sake that went well with the dish!
The first time I drank it, I was so impressed with its sweet and juicy flavor that I thought, "Melon! I was so impressed by its sweet and juicy flavor that when I first drank it, I thought it was a melon.
The aroma is fresh like a white wine, the texture is heavy and thick on the tongue for a moment, and then the melon-like sweetness comes later, and it is just delicious!
There is no bad smell of alcohol at all!
Anyway, the aroma is fresh, fruity, and sweet, and even people who don't like sake will find the aroma pleasant.
The taste is not alcoholic at all, but has a full sweetness at first, light on the throat and not heavy aftertaste, but with a strong umami flavor.
I think it would go well with cheese and other desserts.
Personally, I give it 5 stars.
