I liked Raifuku's Summer Sake: ☺️ I was thinking of buying it again, I'm also interested in this Sekizen 🤔 I heard that they were trained at Raifuku with the same flower yeast? Makes sense, the labels are similar too 😉. This one is also delicious ❗️ It has a bit more bitterness than Raifuku. But this is also perfect for summer👍. I'm looking forward to the taste change since it's a draft sake 😊.

This sake is made with carnation flower yeast. This is a convenient item to drink for the reason of Mother's Day! I'll buy it myself and have my kids pass it on to my wife 😆. The aroma of carnation is not ....... I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a bottle for my mother, but it has a nice flavor and is soft and comfortable without being too heavy. I had to work the next day, but we drank it together. Thank you very much for the food 😄.

Aiya Festival 2024 Spring ⑧ I bought it thinking it was a draft sake, but it was fire-brewed 😅. I looked closer and saw that it was made in April last year and shipped in August 🙄. This store also stocked Sekizen with the date of 21 years old 😇. Sekizen JunDAI Oh no 🎵 sunflower Koubo no Aiyama🎵 I was too drunk and sleepy to taste it when I drank it after I got back from the kurabiraki 🤣. I drank it again the next day. Sweet and sour, elegant and gorgeous. The umami comes in the latter half. I like it because it is quite sweet. I googled it, but it seems to be sold only by Yumeikan, but I wonder if it is a PB. I'm not sure if it's a PB or not, but I'm not sure.
