The last one was Nagano sake. This is also a first for me. The label is gorgeous. I forgot what it tasted like. I need to review it. After that, we each ordered one drink of our choice. I had the Wada Ryu Tosui.

Sekizen Junmai Nama Sake with Apple Flower Yeast
Sweet and sour with a refreshing apple flavor. It is slightly sweet and delicious.
Sekizen Junmai Ginjo Super Dry, Begonia Flower Yeast
It is dry but not sharp, and has a refreshing dryness without sweetness.
Sekizen Junmai Ginjo Hydrangea Flower Yeast
Clear and loose on the palate. It has a slight sweetness, but the impact is not so strong.
Sekizen Hitosoberi Gokubanana, fully ripe banana yeast.
Aladdin recommended this saying, "Banana, banana, but there is no banana like this.
The aroma is banana, and the feeling of ripe banana is amazing and sweet.
Unusual flower yeast makes me want to try it.

Super sweet!
Sweetest sake I've ever had, including kijoshu, and the sweetness is beautiful!
What a feeling!
Maybe it's perfect as a dessert sake!
And it tastes great as a drink too!
We had a rare drink at a pub 🍶.
Cold sake
Refreshing aroma
Sourness reminiscent of apples
Very light and not too Junmai-like
Smooth and gentle on the palate

Sake made with Tsukishita-bijin yeast.
It has a crisp acidity, but the overall balance is good, with a bitter aftertaste. The aroma is slightly banana-like.
It is a refreshing summer drink and would go well with stir-fried sweet and spicy pork chops 😄.
