Another brand that is also new to me. Gorgeous aroma. Mellow mouthfeel, with a surprisingly strong sense of rice flavor. The sweetness gave way to a dry aftertaste, which was a strange taste, but delicious.
Sake purchased at Shimizuya in Saku, Nagano 🍶.
A rare sake brewery whose signature is sake brewed with various "flower yeasts" such as apple and sunflower 🌼🌻.
They are aiming for an era where people choose sake by its yeast.
This time it was a saké made with cherry blossom yeast🌸.
Gorgeous and fruity as expected!
The stable Yamae-Nishiki is delicious!
Sunflower flower yeast, a bit of a bad moment, apple-flavored bread left in the freezer, warmed up, less noticeable. 5 days after opening the bottle, the bad feeling gets stronger and I can't turn it off. I don't want to buy anything other than new arrivals at the same store.
Purchased last summer at Sake Kasuga in Nagano, Japan.
There are so many famous Nagano sake breweries that I was lost and decided to go here.
The apple aroma is vaguely recognizable 🤔The refreshing sweetness and acidity matches well with the aroma. It does not interfere with the meal.
The picture is Zenkoji Daikojin.
Today's sake is from Sekizen in Shinonoi, Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture❗️ its a sake made with Aizan from Hyogo Prefecture and fully ripe banana yeast❗️
The aroma is of ripe bananas❗️As you take a sip, you still get the sweet taste of ripe bananas❗️Interesting sake⭕️
Refreshing aroma with a hint of sourness 🌻.
Beautiful and clear mouthfeel 😉.
Sweet and sour come together in a good balance ✨.
Slightly bitter aftertaste😳
