It's a wonderful sake brewery! I too was very satisfied with the free tasting + paid tasting 🤩 The peaceful satoyama scenery around Masuko was also very relaxing. I want to go back in a different season!
It has a faint yellow color, mild heady aroma, a hint of apple, and the taste is a robust drinking mouthfeel, chirpy, not strongly sweet, with a clear and strong astringent taste.

First of all, here's a cute label 🥂.
This is a new type of sparkling sake brewed with white malted rice. It is unfiltered, single-firing sake, but has a low alcohol content of 13%.
The white malted rice produces a lot of citric acid, which gives it a well-balanced taste of refreshing citrus-like acidity and junmai sake sweetness.
The fine carbonation is added over a long period of time, giving the sake a nice sizzling sensation that makes it even easier to drink and gives it a refreshing and appetizing taste.
We recommend it as a dessert sake with fruit.

Compared to the strong acidity of No.6-s, the acidity is a little gentler.
It also has a sweetness to it.
I drank it alternately with No.6-s and it was good👍
