I'm exploring dry sake that I've never had before. I was told it was a small brewery but it was delicious...I don't even remember what the gold medal was for 🤣 It's made with Fukunoka, Fukushima Prefecture's original rice for sake brewing ✨. This is my favorite! The taste of rice is also very deep

Sake tasting set of a chain of soba noodle shops in Aizu Nagori-Kurayama Nigori-Kurazake Kaito Otokoyama Junmai Sake Yaemon dry sake I think this is the first time I've had a nigori from Nagurayama. I am sure about Otokoyama and Yaemon! Good sake at a casual chain! Tempura manju is also good to drink with this sake.
